Your key responsibilities
- Participate in SAP Security and GRC Access Control engagements with clients, ensuring high-quality delivery within the project timeframe and budget.
- Assist in the design and implementation of SAP Security roles and authorizations focusing on compliance, segregation of duties (SoD), and sensitive access.
- Support the configuration and administration of SAP GRC Access Control modules, including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Business Role Management (BRM), and Access Request Management (ARM), User Access Review (UAR).
- Engage in workshops and training sessions for clients on SAP Security concepts, GRC processes, and risk management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate security and compliance controls into the overall SAP landscape.
- Contribute insights on SAP Security trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, supporting the identification of opportunities for additional services and engagements.
- Support the mentoring and guidance of junior consultants, contributing to their growth and professional development.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least three years of work experience, preferably consulting experience in a professional services firm.
- Demonstrated experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control, with a solid understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP Cloud and SAP Fiori security concepts.
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control implementation and configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex security challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
