The opportunity:

Opportunity to join our M&A Lead Advisory team, in our offices in Zurich, Geneva or Basel as a full-time Consultant or Senior Consultant. As part of our team, you will work on high-profile sell- and buy-side M&A transactions across industries, both nationally and cross-border.

As a member of one of the leading mid-market M&A teams in Switzerland, Europe and globally, you will be exposed to a high number of transactions with corporates, entrepreneurs and financial sponsors, resulting in a steep learning curve and an overall exceptional experience.

 

You make an impact by:

  • Executing M&A transactions from pitch to close under the guidance and mentorship of senior team members
  • Designing creative and innovative solutions for complex, real-world challenges
  • Performing in-depth company and industry analyses
  • Working on multiple projects at the same time, managing various stakeholders and making informed decisions under tight deadlines
  • Sharpening your technical skills, including accounting, business valuations and financial modeling
  • Enriching your professional network with clients, mentors, senior executives and others

 

Your profile to succeed together:

  • Excellent academic track record with Master’s Degree in relevant major (business administration / finance / economics, etc.). Further qualifications (e.g. CFA) are a plus
  • Relevant internships, ideally in M&A (i.e. M&A boutique / investment bank / Big4) or in an adjacent field, such as private equity / investment management / transaction diligence, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement, make informed decisions and act independently
  • Team-player with confident appearance and can-do mentality
  • Perfect written and oral command of English and German (for Zurich office) or French (for Geneva office)
  • Permit to work in Switzerland
