As part of our Country Managing Partner (CMP) Office, you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with business leaders while acting as an enabler and contributing to an exceptional Partner and people career experience. A wide variety of new insights in a dynamic environment will help you to develop the career path you choose.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the annual performance management reviews, incl. promotion and remuneration processes for Equity Partners (Partner Matters function)

  • Drive local initiatives and projects in close collaboration with leaders in the business

  • Manage onboarding/ offboarding activities for Partners including contracting

  • Involvement in cross-country activities, transformation activities or additional initiatives as required

  • Support in CMP office activities including preparation of Leadership Meetings, All Hands Meetings for employees in Switzerland

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • University degree or alternative education in Finance & Accounting or HR

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the services sector, ideally in an international environment

  • Solution-oriented personality with a ‘can do’ attitude and proven track record in HR administration or finance management processes

  • Proficient in Excel, VBA knowledge is an advantage

  • Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English

  • Excellent numbers flair to handle large datasets

  • Open-minded and purpose-driven person with interests in technological, social and economic challenges of EY’s clients in the market

  • Team player with excellent communication skills who can build trust and relate to others in an authentic and courageous manner

  • Discreet and trustworthy behaviors to deal with sensitive and confidential information

  • Effectively prioritizing competing demands, delivering high quality results and optimally leveraging our tools, technology and nearshore support teams
