In addition to taking care of clients and visitors, the team also manages the facilities for our employees, coordinating operational and administrative tasks while providing the highest quality services. We are looking for a responsible and independent addition to our team, who will take care of the entire running of EY office in Žilina. Your key responsibilities

Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and creating a comfortable working environment for our colleagues in the Žilina office
 Making a pleasant and positive first impression for our clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome when visiting us
• Representing the values of our company in all interactions with suppliers, clients and guests
• Solving all requests with a personal approach, i.e., with a smile and professionalism
• Processing incoming and outgoing company correspondence and arranging courier services
• Managing reservations and conference rooms, organizing and ensuring the smooth flow of meetings, and creating a pleasant environment for our clients and guests
• Ensuring the operation of the client zone during meetings, events and training sessions
• Monitoring the fit-out status of the office and being responsible for managing company orders and making purchases
• Participating actively in the operational tasks of the office, including communication with suppliers and service providers
• Coordinating service and maintenance work (cleaning, repairs, and technical maintenance of the premises)
• Responding promptly to operational challenges and resolving them in collaboration with relevant external suppliers
• Collaborating with Talent Team, IT and other service lines to ensure a comfortable working environment
• Proposing improvements for the efficiency and comfort of the office environment

 

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum of a high school (secondary) diploma with school-leaving examination
• Previous work experience in a similar position
• Active English
• Active user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Pleasant and presentable demeanor
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility
• A proactive approach
• Ability to solve problems and set priorities effectively
