Analyst – Process Digitalization and Automation

We are looking for a skillful and motivated colleague (M/F) to join our Digital Transformation team, who will be involved in designing, developing and maintaining innovative process automation and digitalization solutions using Microsoft’s low-code Power Platform and our internal Business Process Management (BPM) tool.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and implement innovative solutions using a wide range of technologies to build a better working world for our clients, thus increasing their productivity and strengthening their position in today’s ever changing digital world.
• Analyze client needs, propose solutions and estimate their complexity.
• Support and further develop solutions for existing clients.
• Participate in developing and improving our internal BPM tool, plus new solutions for our clients across industries.
• Communicate actively with EY clients and colleagues during projects.

The salary is 1500 €/ month (gross).

Skills and attributes for success

• Completed university education with process-related or technical focus
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL, Microsoft Power Apps scripting) and business processes, plus willingness to learn
• Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and a great eye for detail
• Very good English communication
• Passion for innovation and new technologies such as AI
• Knowledge of MS Office products
• Ability to work in a team
• Reliability
• Work appetite
