Junior Transport Consultant (m/f)

The opportunity 

Transport Consultant will work mainly with state/regional/local institutions on transport related projects as: 

• Strategic documents

• Masterplans

• Feasibility studies

• Transport modeling

• Public transport studies

• Various transport studies and analytical documents.  

Also, when needed, support projects from other areas. 

It's a highly varied area and you’ll always have opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities. 

Your key responsibilities 

Working as Junior Transport Consultant includes: 

• Working on transport related projects with the project team, 

• Support to senior colleagues in project management activities, 

• Support to senior colleagues in other activities (e.g. proposal preparation, presentations etc.).

Requirements 

• University education in transport area – Faculty of Transportation, Transport Civil engineering, Faculty of Geography – including Transport Geography subject. Other university education will be acceptable in case the applicant has relevant experience in transport projects 

• Very strong ambition and priorities related to professional achievements  

• Hard working, problem solving capabilities, “can do” attitude and ability to work under pressure 

• Fluent written and spoken English and Croatian

Advantage 

• Relevant working experience in some of the following areas: 
  • Strategic documents, 

  • Masterplans, 

  • Feasibility studies,  

  • Various transport studies and analytical documents 

• Experience in GIS/ARC/QGIS tool  

• Experience in transport modeling  

• Experience in VISUM software 

• Advanced excel knowledge 

• Driving license
