The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior professional to join our Financial Services Risk Management team in Consulting, focusing on consulting projects that address the regulatory and methodological aspects of financial institutions (mainly banks). This role involves creating customized solutions that meet our clients' regulatory and business needs. You will also engage in researching best practices related to risk management, regulatory compliance, and various processes within financial institutions. Additionally, the role includes analyzing key processes within banks that are essential for their operations.

 

Your key responsibilities 

  • Implementation of consulting projects focused on regulatory and methodological aspects of financial institutions’ business (mainly banking)
  • Delivering tailored solutions to our clients to meet regulatory and business requirements
  • Researching best practices of financial institutions related to risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Conducting business process analysis
  • Preparing client proposals

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Master’s degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar field)
  • Relevant working experience in the financial sector/banking (minimum 3 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English
  • Experience in product management, development and implementation projects considered as an advantage
  • Great MS office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Self-motivation, problem-solving capabilities, „can do” attitude
  • Detail-oriented, able to work in precise and accurate manner
  • Team player with great sense of responsibility
