Brand, Marketing & Communications Associate

The opportunity
As a Brand, Market & Communications (BMC) Associate, you will participate in promoting and enhancing EY’s internal and external identity by supporting internal and external communication strategies implementation, engagement initiatives and sponsorships, execution of branding and advertising opportunities, as well as assisting in organization of events and large-scale projects such as EY Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY), while being consistent with the goals of the company. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow in a dynamic and motivating environment, while working on engaging and interesting projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Contributing to the development of strategic communications, including plans, presentations, leadership messages, and more
• Supporting the organization of internal and external events
• Assisting in the creation of invitations, leaflets, advertisements, and other marketing collateral
• Managing and optimizing internal digital platforms, including marketing automation tools, corporate intranet environments, and web content systems; creating campaign assets, publishing and updating internal and external webpages, and ensuring alignment with brand and governance standards
• Supporting the execution of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) project, including engagement with entrepreneurs, preparation of marketing and communication materials, PR and advertising activities, and event collateral for the EOY gala
• Collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders, graphic designers, PR and event agencies, and other external suppliers to deliver marketing and communication initiatives
• Providing support to the BMC team across various activities as needed
• Supporting the business development function by working on client presentations and proposals

Skills and attributes for success

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency or corporate setting, focused on marketing execution, event management, or internal and external communications
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable and deadline-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
• Collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
• Excellent command of Croatian and English

Contract type: definite period of time - 14 months with the possibilty of extention
