The opportunity

 

We are looking for an Experience Design Lead to join our Customer team who can take up opportunities in Digital Product Design, Customer Experience Strategy, User Experience Design and User Interface Design. You will work on proposals to Experience Design projects, facilitate vision-stating workshops, assess and build innovative products and services or create Visual Design to successful MVPs, Prototypes, Products & Interactions.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Lead a team to create world-class user experience and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. 
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, analysing customer data, user-testing experiences, user interviews and market validation. 
  • Identify business and design problems, devise elegant solutions, and make strategic suggestions related to functions and features. 
  • Responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management, while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. 
  • Enable the implementation of concepts, solutions and systems that have been defined through research, strategy, ideation and innovation in the experience design 
  • Create engaging user experiences for products and technologies, incorporating visual, content, technical and functional elements that facilitate ease of access, understanding and usage, aligning the needs of users to the priorities and values of the business to the priorities and values of the business 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Have an open mind, deep dive into the challenges and be eager to constantly learn and self-develop  
  • Have the ability to employ latest Agile & Lean UX methods and work with Business, Project & Development teams to create and deliver Design, UI & UX offerings. 
  • Understand the limitations of client/ internal tech stacks, ecosystems or business model and provide design advice where necessary

 

To qualify for the role, you must have 

 

  • Proficiency in English and  German (oral and written) 
  • 7+ years of experience in designing UX for B2C, B2B Customer Journeys as well as Digital Products, Applications & Touchpoints 
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing design projects 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

 

  • Tech/ Tools Skills: hands on experience in Design Collaboration tools like Mural & Experience Design Tools including wireframe and prototyping tools viz. Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, MS Visio, Justinmind, Adobe Creative Suite programs, e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash & Flex to mockup UI elements. 
  • Vertical & Industry Experience in Consumer Industries or Retail, eCommerce, Telecom, BFSI etc. or Product organizations or IT /Agency design services
