Talent Delivery Solutions Product Analyst

 

Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

 

The Product Analyst is responsible for documenting processes throughout the employee lifecycle and at key touchpoints within the assigned Global Talent function. This role supports the Talent Product Owner by working closely with regional stakeholders to ensure that local requirements, requests, and strategies are considered in the design, construction, and enhancement of Talent process solutions.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Document all processes within the Talent function, identifying inefficiencies and using insights to inform process redesign.
  • Provide recommendations to improve automation by discovering and validating opportunities, recognising triggers and levers for enhancing performance, as well as identifying redundancies and non-compliant practices.
  • Assess situations where deviations from the Global process framework are needed, recommending tailored solutions to ensure business continuity and compliance with legal, regulatory, and ISQM standards; escalate queries or issues to the Talent Product Owner as appropriate.
  • Create clear, detailed instructions to facilitate the successful implementation of process changes.
  • Support productivity improvements by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures.
  • Produce comprehensive reports on process status and changes within the assigned function.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Product Owner and Product Senior Analyst to ensure effective prioritisation and management of change requests and backlog.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of EY systems and technology, keeping current with changes to inform the design of Talent process solutions utilising subject matter expertise.
  • Assist with final user acceptance testing in the regions for new or revised processes, and work with the Talent Product Owner to finalise UAT sign-off.

 

Problem Solving:

  • Monitor and prioritise business requests under the guidance of the Talent Product Owner.
  • Identify and flag compliance risks when developing processes that may diverge from Global standards.
  • Propose process improvements if issues arise during UAT testing.

 

Analytical and Decision-Making Responsibilities:

  • Address compliance issues, escalating to the Talent Product Owner and Product Senior Analyst as required.
  • Interpret business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable and measurable processes.
  • Highlight any change priorities to the Talent Product Owner and/or Product Senior Analyst as necessary.

 

Supervision Responsibilities:

Work closely with third parties and other EY teams (such as PAS and Enterprise Technology) to ensure compliance with Talent Solutions processes and procedures, escalating any quality issues to the Talent Product Owner.

 

Key Relationships:

  • Reports to: Product Owner
  • Works closely with: Talent Product Owners, Product Senior Analysts, Area Talent Solutions Strategic Senior Consultants, and Regional Talent stakeholders

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Knowledge of EY tools, systems, and technology.
  • Understanding of ISQM standards and their application.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Talent processes, with in-depth expertise in at least one function (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development), including its strategies, trends, leading practices, services, and solutions.
  • Strong consulting skills, with a solid grasp of change management concepts and strategies, including communication, cultural change, and performance measurement system design.
  • Ability to act as a key influencer with senior stakeholders across various geographies and business units.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the capability to operate effectively with a global perspective across the Talent ecosystem and wider EY organisation.
  • Proven ability to integrate insights into the design and development of Talent processes.
  • Demonstrated capability to drive change and performance outcomes within complex and agile environments.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline is required. A higher professional or Master’s qualification is preferred but not essential.

 

Experience:

  • Experience in implementing process solutions for functional and process efficiencies, working within globally dispersed teams to enhance services, processes, and standards. Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and experience in conducting internal and external research and analysis to provide best practices and actionable insights.

 

Certification Requirements:

  • Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred but not required.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours due to the global nature of the role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills are essential.
