You will also be responsible for protecting the integrity of the global design and ensuring the deployment delivers on its strategic ambition. Working as part of a unified global SMR team, you will help steer this enterprise‑wide transformation by safeguarding global standards, providing expert guidance on process and design decisions, and ensuring regional and functional perspectives are reflected while maintaining global alignment.
This is a unique opportunity to influence a high‑visibility global initiative, shape the future of EY’s recruiting ecosystem, and contribute to transformative change that will redefine how Talent Acquisition operates across the firm for years to come.
