ServiceNow – Multiple Opportunities (BA / Consultant / Developer / Architect)
Location: Katowice / Wrocław - 2 days office/3 days remote

As a Global Elite Partner of ServiceNow, we work with enterprise‑level clients, delivering multi‑module implementations, advanced custom solutions and end‑to‑end consulting across the Now Platform.
The opportunity
We are expanding our global ServiceNow practice and looking for professionals across multiple roles: Business Analyst, Consultant, Developer, and Technical Architect.
Depending on your experience, you will support or lead end‑to‑end implementations for global clients — from requirement analysis and process design, through configuration and development, to solution architecture and advisory.
Working with EY means exposure to complex, international projects, clear development paths, and the opportunity to build expertise across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, IRM/GRC, CMDB, custom applications).
Your key responsibilities
Depending on your role and seniority, you may:
- Lead or support requirement‑gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear solutions.
- Design scalable process and platform functionalities aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support agile processes, including backlog work, testing, and solution validation.
- Configure and enhance the Platform using OOTB features and custom development.
- Prepare concise project documentation (user stories, workflows, technical specs).
- Oversee architecture, integrations, and cross‑module consistency (Senior/Architect roles).
- Mentor team members and lead selected workstreams (Senior/Architect roles).
Skills and attributes for success
- Understanding of the Now Platform and experience in ServiceNow projects.
- Ability to work directly with clients in a consulting environment.
- Analytical mindset, communication skills, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with ITIL, agile delivery and core ServiceNow modules).
- For Developers/Architects — hands‑on technical skills (JavaScript + additional languages, integrations, custom development, solution design).
- For BA/Consultants — experience with analysis, process mapping, and requirement documentation.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Depending on the position, experience in ServiceNow delivery:
- BA/Consultant – min. 1 year in digital/IT/ServiceNow projects.
- Developer – 3+ years in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Architect – 5+ years of hands‑on implementation experience and ownership of technical design.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into platform solutions.
- Strong English communication skills.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge of advanced ServiceNow modules (IRM/GRC, ITOM, CSM).
- Experience in global delivery environments.
- Additional European languages.
- Relevant certifications (CIS, CAD, CTA, ITIL).
