Location: Katowice / Wrocław  - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity 

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst who will serve as the main bridge between clients and delivery teams. You will lead workshops, analyze business processes, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for global ServiceNow implementations.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops and capture business needs.
• Analyze and document processes, translating them into functional requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to shape ServiceNow solutions.
• Support UAT, solution validation, and change‑management activities.
• Prepare clear documentation (user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria).
• Contribute to agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects (min. 1 year).
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and convert them into actionable requirements.
• Understanding of ITIL and agile delivery principles.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, global teams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 1+ year as a BA on ServiceNow or similar digital/IT projects.
• Ability to lead business discussions and facilitate workshops.
• Strong consulting mindset and ability to propose improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/IT (preferred).
• Fluency in English.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or CSM modules.
• Experience working in global delivery environments.
• Another European language.
