Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

 

Insider Threat Detection (ITD) is a critical, high‑visibility service within Cyber & Investigative Services (CIS), supporting the firm’s obligation to protect sensitive information, intellectual property, and client trust. This role leads the global delivery of the ITD service, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high‑quality operations across regions. You will act as the primary service owner and stakeholder interface, balancing risk reduction with business enablement. The role sits at the intersection of detection engineering, investigations, automation, and machine learning‑enabled triage. As the ITD service continues to mature, this role plays a central part in shaping strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. 

 

Your key responsibilities

As the ITD service continues to mature, this role plays a central part in shaping strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Strong service ownership mindset with ability to manage global, high‑risk security services
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills
  • Ability to balance security risk, legal considerations, and business impact
  • Proven capability to lead through ambiguity and operational complexity

 

To qualify for the role you must have

 

  • 7+ years’ experience in information security, investigations, cyber defense, or risk services

  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise security or investigative services

  • Strong understanding of insider threat risks, data exfiltration, and detection concepts

  • Experience working with SIEM, DLP, or insider risk technologies

  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across regions

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Experience supporting or partnering with internal investigations or HR/legal teams

  • Familiarity with machine learning‑assisted triage or automation workflows

  • Prior experience operating within a global professional services environment
