The opportunity

You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals working for international clients. By cooperating closely with software designers, developers, testers and other specialists you will be able to develop your technical software testing skills and build a better working world.

Your key responsibilities

• Test Preparation, Execution, and Reporting: Lead the preparation, execution, and reporting of tests for new functionality, ensuring deliverables meet the required quality standards and protect the integrity of the live environment.
• Developing Test Strategy: Build and maintain a robust test strategy for digital products within specific use cases, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Uniform Test and QA Approach: Ensure a consistent Test and QA approach is integrated early in the design and development phases  to catch issues before they reach production.
• Collaboration with Vendors: Work closely with vendors to define and implement early testing mechanisms within the software development process.
• Manual Testing Execution: Script and execute detailed manual test cases across a variety of scenarios, including functional, non­functional acceptance, regression, and performance tests.
• Resource Management: Identify and manage the necessary resources for successful testing phases.
• Defect Management: Detect and log defects using Azure Dev Ops, and collaborate with development teams to track and resolve issues promptly.
• Agile Practices: Participate as a member of an Agile delivery team, leveraging agile methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Test Reporting: Prepare comprehensive test reports, documenting outcomes and communicating key findings  to stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Manual Testing Expertise: Proven experience in manual testing within a large enterprise environment, particularly in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, with knowledge of GxP, GLP, and GCP.
• Testing Methodologies: Handson experience with a wide range of manual testing methodologies, ensuring both functional and non-functional requirements are met. 
• Agile and Waterfall Experience: Ability to work effectively in both agile and traditional phase-gate waterfall projects. 
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams, including developers and external vendors.
• Projects Experience: Minimum 4 year experience in different test projects
• Tools: Experience with managing Azure DevOps, JIRA or other defect tracking tools
• Processes: Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Language: Excellent English skill enabling to communicate in teams distributed across the world (minimum B2 level) 
• Degree Level Education: A degree level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Travel:  Ability to occasionally travel to the client’s location

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• ISTQB certificate
• Basic experience in Test Automation
