The opportunity

Companies are facing increased pressure to manage risk, compliance, and governance of cybersecurity.   Jurisdictions across the world are increasing regulatory activity around compliance and reporting on cybersecurity as well as the related impact from new technologies like AI and quantum computing.  Our clients will look to us for insights on cyber resilience and preparedness, governance, and risk management of cyber security, as well as appropriate responses to a cyberattack.

We are looking for a strong project manager with knowledge of cybersecurity technology and competencies to help support solution development and drive greater adoption/activation of permissible cyber assurance services on our accounts. This role involves working closely with global and area leaders of Expanded Assurance and the Audit & Governance FoP, partners in Technology Assurance and Forensics, Solution leaders (cross-Service Line), G360 account teams (including GCSPs and Digital Account Leads), and support functions (e.g., BMC, Knowledge, etc.)

The Cyber Assurance Senior PMO is expected to dedicate 50% to the global cyber assurance competency and 50% to the A&G FoP Cyber Assurance Big Bet team.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with SL leads, Areas and Region Leaders to develop (or enrich) emerging solutions and associated enablement for cyber assurance,
• Interact with account team leadership by sharing insights and aligning relevant firm resources and enablement to support the activation of cyber assurance services on their accounts,
• Organize and liaise with a global community of cyber assurance leaders and SMEs,
• Identify business needs for funding and support with drafting the business case for and tracking performance and return on investment on cyber assurance solutions and services,
• Work with the Global Cyber Assurance Leader and the A&G Cyber Assurance Program Lead to develop GTM and positioning strategies and the launching and executing of GtM campaigns
• Create sales and delivery collateral and online knowledge communities and support resources,
• Event coordination
• Act as a key contact for reporting on progress and ensuring that milestones are met for cyber assurance programs.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong subject matter expertise in cybersecurity and permissible Cyber Assurance services
• Understanding and/or willingness to become knowledgeable on emerging cybersecurity market trends and solutions,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively engage with and manage diverse stakeholders,
• Agile learner and self-starter who can take ownership of and drive forward multiple workstreams.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• You are fluent in English (written and oral)
• You possess a Good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communications and organizational skills

• Self-educate and seek additional knowledge
• Ability to prioritize workload and deliver outputs within deadlines
• Strong communication and partnering skills with people of all levels of the firm
