Senior Executive Assistant with French

 

Location: Wrocław 

Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

 

Senior Executive Assistant performs administrative and project management duties as a part of standard EA scope such as:

  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Travel and expenses management
  • Agenda and meeting minutes preparation
  • Various reporting and ownership of internal files
  • Preparing relevant communication, reports and presentations
  • Distribution lists management
  • SharePoint ownership
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks
  • Understanding and recognizing the business needs of our clients
  • Delivering the highest standard of support as a first point of contact

 

Additionally, Senior Executive Assistant assists Team’s Supervisor in:

  • Developing and maintaining exceptional and strong relationships with clients
  • Designing and coordinating onboarding process of new joiners
  • Assisting and overseeing team members with process and daily work related challenges and queries
  • Daily administrational and process related activities
  • Leading team meetings and various projects
  • Being the first point of contact for onshore (EY Services France) EA SL Managers in process-related matters
  • Preparing and conducting Audit Session with Executive Assistants and providing valuable feedback

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • You are fluent in French and English languages (B2/C1 level) 
  • You enjoy performing various administrative tasks
  • You are very proactive and open minded
  • You can work as individual contributor and within a team
  • You have experience in team coordination

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Customer orientation
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills
  • Ability to engage in highly confidential discussions and maintain trust in all interactions

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • Professional experience in administrative support
  • You possess a very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel-PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • You have a strong understanding of SaT/ASU/FSO details and experience in assisting Partners within the relevant service line
