The Senior Executive Assistant with English provides high-level administrative and operational assistance to senior leadership, ensuring seamless business operations and efficient client engagement. This hybrid focus on providing both administrative and facilities support to internal and external clients, while working in tandem with your ESS colleagues. You are a driven administrative professional who is solution-oriented, while striving to understand and anticipate customer’s needs to exceed expectations. This role requires in-person presence at least 4 days a week.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Manage travel arrangements, calendars, expense reports and meetings
  • Maintain office logistics, including supply orders and communication platforms.
  • Organize client visits, events, and group activities, ensuring smooth execution through effective project management.
  • Act as a primary contact for senior leadership, delivering prompt and reliable support.
  • Provide high-level customer service and coordinate internal and external requests.
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and clients to facilitate collaboration.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication tailored to various stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, policies, and business goals.

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • English level B2/C1
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Forms).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
