Location: Wrocław - 2 days office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

We are looking for a Security Awareness Specialist who combines cybersecurity knowledge with strong communication, content creation, and marketing skills. The role will focus on designing and delivering engaging cybersecurity awareness initiatives, including developing content that promotes a strong security culture across the organization, training materials, newsletters, etc.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver security awareness training and educational materials.
• Create newsletters, awareness campaigns, presentations, videos, and e-learning content.
• Translate cybersecurity topics into engaging, business-friendly messaging.
• Manage and maintain awareness content on SharePoint and other communication platforms.
• Leverage generative AI tools to produce modern learning materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and external partners.
• Monitor awareness program effectiveness through reporting and KPIs.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3+ years of experience in Security Awareness, Communications, Marketing, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and secure behaviors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating engaging digital content and training materials.
• Familiarity with content creation tools.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience running Security Awareness programs in large organizations.
• Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, ISC2 CC, or similar).
• Experience supporting both IT and OT environments.
