Location: Wrocław / Warsaw / Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Your key responsibilities
- Leading and facilitating Scrum events, leveraging hands-on experience with Scrum and other agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean, as well as techniques like User Stories, Burndown Charts, and Task Boards.
- Supporting the team in overcoming obstacles and providing training in agile methods and principles, requiring a fundamental understanding of the technical aspects of the project.
- Implementing improvement measures based on insights from retrospectives, with the ability to analyze processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Assisting in the prioritization and planning of Product Backlog Items, as well as clarifying and detailing requirements in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Supporting the implementation of Scrum at the organizational level,support methodically and coaches all other team members, including the Product Owner in their roles,
- Acting to increase the team's agile maturity, with a particular focus on scaled agile projects.
- Proactively managing all aspects of project management to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 3 years’ experience in delivery through any Agile development environment (SCRUM, SAFe, NEXUS, LeSS, APMG AGILE Framework)
- 2 years’ experience in effective implementation Agile and Lean principles as SCRUM Master
- 4 years’ experience in the project management role (PM), preferably in large-scale project or program within distributed multicultural environments,
- A higher education degree, preferably with a major in business, technology, science, engineering or mathematics,
- Good practical knowledge of the techniques used by SCRUM Master, Agile PM, PO (any renown certification is a plus),
- In depth knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques (e.g. SCRUM on team level, SAFe on project level),
- Experience in a facilitator role towards senior stakeholders in international, multicultural organization,
- In depth knowledge of an agile management tools (JIRA, Confluence, AM),
- Ability to analyze processes and identify potential for improvement,
- Fluency in German, both spoon and written,
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
