The opportunity
As a part of our global Consulting team, you will participate in international projects, leading programs for our global market clients. You will support clients through their IT transformation journeys by developing and proposing business visions and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions. You will be involved in working on challenging assignments, assisting our clients through their transformation and organizational change journeys, while creating industry-leading solutions in project management services.
Your key responsibilities
- Support clients in their business and organizational transformation journeys, becoming a trusted advisor in SAP project management subject matters.
- Provide consultation and recommendations based on client requirements and develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
- Work with various teams to ensure that client requirements, budgets, and milestones for projects are met.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and/or module configuration & support in large-scale projects within distributed multicultural environments.
- Experience in end-to-end project implementation and project stream/team lead experience.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of the essential phases of the implementation project are crucial, including:
- Project Preparation
- Business Blueprint
- Realization
- Final Preparation
- Go-Live and Support
- Hypercare
- A higher education degree, preferably in business, technology, science, or engineering.
- Excellent English language skills in written and spoken communication.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and other project management tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel (if needed)

- Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to see the big picture while focusing on details and errorless delivery.
- Excellent professional communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders using appropriate terminology and fit-to-purpose communication.
- Ability to work in a continuously changing environment, with a proactive, can-do attitude, looking for solutions and opportunities.
- Strong project management skills, including agile methods, and a drive for continuous improvement and growth.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional European languages, particularly German.
- Experience in change management, business analysis, and process transformations.
- Experience working at consulting companies.
- One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification.
