We are looking for an Operations & Projects Manager to join our global RMS Team. If you enjoy streamlining processes, driving operational excellence, and collaborating across global teams, this role is an excellent fit.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day operational decisions and strategic initiatives, contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the location.
  • Assist in transformational projects, helping ensure alignment with organizational goals and timely progress.
  • Support financial management activities of the location, including monitoring budgets, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Assist with headcount planning and monthly tracking to help ensure staffing aligns with business needs.
  • Support RMS PL budget-related activities for programs such as education, integration, rewards & recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help maintain an overview of strategic operations, including hiring pipelines, operational challenges, and performance indicators.
  • Support client visits and other leadership engagements, including preparation of materials, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Assist as PMO for transformation projects, helping track progress, risks, and alignment across teams.
  • Provide oversight support for various HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to assist leadership with data-driven decisions.
  • Identify potential process improvement opportunities and support implementation to enhance operational effectiveness.

 

 

 To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Proven experience in operations, HR, or project support within a corporate or global service environment.
  • Exposure to transformational or change management projects, including process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with budget monitoring, financial reporting, and headcount planning.
  • Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, performance evaluation programs, rewards & recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of global organizational structures and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, HR, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
