Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The Operational Efficiency Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence across Consulting in Poland. The role focuses on process optimization, automation, operational governance, and performance management to improve efficiency, scalability, and business effectiveness.
Working closely with Operations and Strategy leaders, Finance, and Consulting stakeholders, the role supports the organization by identifying improvement opportunities, implementing standardized processes, and enhancing operational tools and reporting capabilities. The position owns key operational dashboards and applications, drives automation initiatives, and provides insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Through process improvement, technology enablement, operational analytics, and cost management, the role helps strengthen operational performance, improve productivity, and support the sustainable growth of the Consulting practice in Poland.
Your key responsibilities
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements across Consulting operations.
- Drive process standardization and operational best practices across locations and teams.
- Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Support implementation of new operational processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
Automation & Technology Enablement
- Identify automation opportunities and drive initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to implement process automation solutions.
- Support adoption of digital tools and technologies that enhance operational performance.
- Monitor automation benefits and track efficiency improvements.
Operational Tools & Product Ownership
- Act as Product Owner for operational dashboards, applications, and digital tools supporting Consulting operations.
- Gather business requirements and drive enhancements that improve usability, efficiency, and user adoption.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure operational tools effectively support decision-making and process execution.
- Support continuous improvement of operational data quality and user experience.
Financial Operations & Cost Management
- Monitor and control indirect costs, ensuring alignment with budget objectives.
- Analyze cost trends and identify opportunities for operational savings and efficiency improvements.
- Partner with Finance teams on accounts receivable reviews, collections support, and operational follow-up activities.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations that support financial performance and budget management.
Operational Governance & Leadership Support
- Coordinate and support operational reviews, leadership meetings, and business governance activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and management materials for leadership stakeholders.
- Support planning and execution of leadership visits, operational reviews, and strategic business events.
- Track operational actions and ensure follow-up on key initiatives and business priorities.
Performance Analytics & Decision Support
- Develop operational metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Translate operational and financial data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Support business planning activities through data analysis, reporting, and operational insights.
- Provide regular performance updates and identify emerging operational risks and opportunities.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, Process Improvement, Business Operations, PMO, Operational Excellence, Finance Operations, or similar functions.
- Experience working in Consulting, Professional Services, or a complex matrix organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience leading process improvement and operational transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Strong communication and presentation development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
