The opportunity
This is a great role within ESPM/Office Connect organizations. Your EMEIA regional leadership, customer centricity, vendor and product management experience will be critical to support the office product business needs and strategy across EMEIA region. You will become the key stakeholder’s technology trusted advisor for the Member firms, Network leadership and key Office Connect stakeholders.
This is a role that will allow to expand managed services, vendor management, strategy and planning, getting results thru others, strategy, financial and planning skills to the next level.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering, assessing, and understanding the stakeholder/Member Firm technology needs to enable Wi Fi Cloud technology transformation.
- Provide sustainable solutions based on country regulations and MF infrastructure
- Accountable for providing the EMEIA sub regions/country/office strategy and vision for marketing office connect product portfolio.
- Fosters collaboration with internal and/or external support groups to align technology solutions with business strategy and priorities.
- Enables and maintains effective relationships with regional stakeholders and technology leaders and serves as the champion and product owner of Office Connect Product across the region.
- Supports stakeholders with solid investment business case for the office connect products and solutions needed across the regions, integrating the financial, resources and technology needs.
- Proactively manages any business risks and timely puts in place a mitigation plan with stakeholders & support groups to ensure offices in production provide a reliable connectivity and user experience.
- Builds and leads a high performing team with solid focus on customer value through coaching, fostering accountability, innovation and teamwork.
- Manages and validates data for the sub regions is always up to date and accurate, such as HW/SW inventory, offices EOL risks, decommission, projects information, budget, accruals, etc

- Financial basics such as: budget, accruals, P&L, depreciation, etc.
- Extensive influencing skills, ability to be aware of surroundings and adapt your style accordingly.
- Analytical curiosity to challenge the 'status quo' through a fact-based approach.
- Ability to identify and target simplification of process, diversify office connect product portfolio & accelerate adoption within the subregions.
- Proficiency with design and monitoring of dashboards and process to continuously draw focus to quality, reliability and integrity to gain key insights into customer experience.
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Meraki products.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones and support groups across different regions like APAC or AMS.
Person needs to be based in EMEIA region to support this region time zone
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelor's degree on engineering, science or business management.
- 8+ years of experience in management positions, with minimum of five (5+) years of internal/external IT experience and a strong background on customer experience/business relationship management.

- Ability to operate effectively in a global multi-cultural environment and drive harmonization and standardization.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information to a diverse business audience.
- Experience developing, managing and presenting business cases and strategic plans.
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.

- Experience working/leading in networking areas as: engineering, implementation and operations. (This position requires a solid technical background to solve daily technical business needs with stakeholders)
