Location: Wrocław
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Job Summary:
- Drive the business relationship across the GDS locations (Poland and hungary) from business (SL/SF) and vendor perspective.
- Be the point person enabling the Souce to Payment in the two locations.
- Be accountable for all functional requirements (Pre purchase, Purchase and Post Purchase) across GDS Poland & Hungary
Be the TBA by:
- Helping the business ensure the purchase requirements are consulted before going to SCS - make/buy decision etc. for optimal solution for GDS
- Be accountable for all local S2P requirements
- Be accountable for all the Pre purchase activities are managed within TAT and SLA and accurate report outs.
- Be accountable for all post purchase activities - are managed within TAT and SLA and accurate report outs.
- Assist the GDS S2P Enablement functional leader on all the GDS Poland & Hungary requirements by assisting in any functional discussions, implememtation and change management of related activities across the two GDS locations.
- Facilitiate vendor and stakeholder discussions to enable the operations and report outs
- Work with technical teams to align the stakeholder reporting requirements and dashboards
- Works closely with Stakeholders and vendors providing exceptional customer service and delivering value to the bottom line savings from operations and sourcing perspective
- Vendor ecosystem management and optimization
- Be Accountable for any functional issues/challenges and be able to address them for improvements within timely manner.
- Discuss and provide solutions for any functional challenges for all processes already implemented across GDS Poland & Hungary.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Responsibility includes:
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within region business units and service lines and report S2P progress via regular meetings
- Build and manage a pipeline of S2P Enablement projects for the region in collaboration with local stakeholders and execute local and regional deals in the timelines agreed with key stakeholders
- Achieve key functional targets (including SLA & KPI), help to develop new strategies and improve negotiable spend via sourcing and demand management
- Be the go-to person for all businesses across GDS Poland & Hungary for any S2P requirement and direct them as per the process and agreed threshold.
- Support the team in the analysis of the information in conjunction with the stakeholders.
- Work with other S2P leaders to agree regional or global strategies which supports the overall team objectives
- Provide accurate monthly reports and dashboard on the deals, activities, projects and BAU.
- Contribute ,drive and create the standardization of processes aligned to the global Procurement policy, processes and operations, and ensure compliance to the GDS Poland & Hungary policy and objectives by education of local EY staff and presentations to stakeholders
- Provide key insights based on the data captured and ensure adherence to the policy that governs the processes.
- Proactively engage with the vendors/stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and remove for smooth processes across Pre Pruchase, Purchase and Post Purchase activities.
- Ensure process compliance and any deviations highlighted and addressed in the timely manner with appropriate approvals.
- Derive and deliver brand value and seamless user experience for business across Pre Purchase, Purchase, post purchase areas.
- Manage all people related activities (performance, compensation, learning) for respective staff including coaching of more junior members (where applicable
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
- Strong functional, technical, analytics and operations background with understanding of core Procurement and S2P processes including payment.
- Be the functional expert with capabilities to drive key projects end to end.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office tools especially Excel
- Good organization, analytical and problem-solving skill
- Updated on all government notifications with respect to vendors and service providers statutory and compliance aspects.

Job qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor degree
- Experience:
- Have 10+ years of relevant experience in handling Operations and large multi geographical transformation projects in similar size organizations.
- Experience in managing a large number of stakeholders.
