Learning Deployment Specialist – Supervising Associate
Location: Wrocław - 2 days office/3 days remote

This role offers you the chance to become a key part of our dynamic, virtual Global Learning Deployment team, working from 20+ locations worldwide. As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in bringing learning content to life for EY professionals, helping them continuously learn and develop, and contributing to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.
Period: 6 months

Your key responsibilities
- End-to-end deployment of Global Executive learning courses and programs, through multiple delivery channels (webcasts, virtual classroom, physical classroom) and platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Take care of participant management, pre-work/post-work, communication.
- Source facilitators (internal and external) and ensure they are adequately prepared for course delivery.
- Project manage larger scale and more complex learning events (virtual/physical).
- Source venues and vendors following Procurement processes and guidelines.
- Support Global deployment projects and activities.
- Support Learning Deployment Manager and Learning Deployment Lead in their priorities and execution.
- Manage stakeholder relationships by collaborating with regional program managers and learning stakeholders, providing updates through emails and monthly calls
- Supervise junior Learning Deployment Specialists in the team.
- Run learning consumption reports for multiple courses and curriculum.
- Liaise with supporting teams around learning administration.
- Take responsibility for CE and US CPE credits following relevant processes and procedures.
- Monitor consumption, costs and satisfaction for multiple courses and curriculum, provide recommendations for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous projects of simplification, automation and digitalization of the processes and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal practices to best-in-class deployment standards.

- Knowledge of learning deployment and administration processes an advantage.
- Knowledge and hands on experience of ServiceNow and SuccessFactors an advantage.
