Junior Talent Development and Learning Specialist – EY GDS Poland
Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

This position provides learning and operation support for soft, client centric and leadership development skills of GDS Poland EY employees.
The opportunity
The administrative and operational support for the Learning & Development team will be responsible for providing operational and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth execution of learning programs.
This role will involve managing administrative logistics for training sessions, managing vendor relationships and supporting the overall administrative functions of the team.
Your key responsibilities
Operations, reporting and program management:
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for workshops: calendar and Learning Management System sessions scheduling support, venue selection, materials preparation, attendance reports, sending reminders, participant enrollments, CPE points awarding,
- Manage foreign languages registration procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Report learning metrics for businesses and leadership.
- ACCA & CIMA certification administration of enrollment, bonding agreement administration
- Talent Development inbox management – responding to learning frequently asked questions of employees
- Global Learning programs operational support on the local level
Vendors management:
- Collaborate with learning vendors with training sessions arrangements
- Collaborate with the finance team to support vendor reconciliations, invoicing and ensure timely payments.
- Work with the procurement and source to pay team for vendor setup and bridge renewal
- Purchase of Orders creation
Facilitation:
- Facilitate 2hr Welcome to EY Onboarding session for New Employees – nice to have
Skills and attributes for success
- Excellent organizational and operational administration skills with attention to details
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a client-centric approach (facilities, finances, vendor, procurement, source to pay team, internal departments)
- Fluent with reporting creation with Power BI tools
- Strong written communication skills
- Agility to adapt to changes
- Learn quickly with can-do attitude
- Ability to work with very strict deadlines
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 2/3+ years of relevant learning and development operational experience
- Strong MS Office skills - Great Excel skills to create effective learning reports, including knowledge of VLOOKUP functions, pivot tables, etc. (Macros will be an asset).
- EYQ & Copilot usage skills for effective work.
- Very good level of English required for stakeholders and global team communication
- Ability to travel to Katowice or Warsaw once /twice a month
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in Consulting & Entrepreneurial mindset
- PMO experience will be an asset
- Open for AI learning solutions to improve work effectiveness
