Location: Wrocław
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

As Junior Recruiter, you'll be a part of the talent and attraction team dedicated to find the right people joining EY GDS organization.
Your key responsibilities
In this role you'll work closely with our service delivery teams to help determine their specific resourcing needs and execute on an agreed recruitment plan. You'll be Hiring Manager's recruitment partner, ensuring all steps in the process are clearly explained and progress is updated on a timely basis.

Support selected EY Service Lines/Service Functions and being responsible for building a robust pipeline of candidates.

Building healthy relationships with stakeholders.

Participating in creating, tracking and communicating recruitment metrics.

Taking care of candidates' attraction, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Skills and attributes for success

Talent sourcing experience in a multinational organization.
