As a Junior Consultant in Project Management, your key responsibilities will be:

· Cooperate with Senior Consultants / Project Managers on delivering client engagements, providing valuable support.

· Execute key project indicators established by Senior Consultants / PMs, such as scope, timeline & budget.

· Conduct research, data analysis, and assist in developing client solutions.

· Prepare presentations and reports for client engagements.

· Contribute to the delivery of high-quality consulting services to clients.

· Stay abreast of industry and participate in relevant training programs.

Skills and attributes for success

As a recent graduate (with at least a bachelor’s degree), you are at the initial stages of defining your career path taking into consideration Project Manager role as a key direction. The following skills will set you apart:

· Ability to adapt in a diverse environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently on given tasks, related to managing project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

To qualify for the role, you must have

· Bachelor's degree in Business or degree from studies including Project Management faculty.

· Fluency in spoken and written German (min. B2+)

· Fluency in spoken and written English.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Knowledge of SharePoint.

· Corporate experience (from internships or regular employment).

Additional Strong Assets

· Past experience in PMO with a willingness for change into Junior Project Manager role.

· Knowledge in industries & sectors such as Banking, Pharma/Healthcare, GPS, ESG, Cybersecurity, IT, Finance, AI.

· Completed courses, or certificates related to Project Management, Agile, Scrum

· Knowledge MS project, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Trello other project management tools.

· Ability and willingness to travel.
