The opportunity

We are looking for a team member in the Junior Audit Specialist in Poland supporting the ABP Team in Switzerland. The ABP team within the Assurance practice supports the Audit teams all over Switzerland. As an Junior Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for your own project portfolio and work directly with the managers by executing administrative tasks and support the Audit team.

Your key responsibilities

• You work closely with our audit executives, audit teams and various internal departments and stakeholders
• You are the main point of contact with regards to administrative engagement management tasks
• You will be advising and supporting managers on all engagement related administrative tasks and ensure project progress from the beginning to the end of the project
• You drive the engagement controlling process (including planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting)
• You are responsible for the quality assurance of the data entry, budgeting and reforecasting of the engagements

• Experience in project- and process management with a variety of stakeholders is a benefit

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong solution-oriented mindset
• Written and spoken English, German or French would be considered an additional benefit
