Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

As part of our EY Assurance Team, the job holder will be required to proactively build relationships with EY's German audit teams as well as the German Assurance Business Partner team and support them in the planning and execution of their engagements in German language.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Admin Support for Audit starting as soon as possible. This will be an opportunity to work with EY GDS Assurance practices globally and be part of the Swiss Assurance Business Partner team. The Assurance Business Partner [ABP ]team plays a key role in service quality by providing administrative and operations support for Engagements (projects and audits) to client facing teams. Your key responsibilities
- Work closely with our audit executives, audit teams and various internal departments and stakeholders
- Participation in the planning, organization, coordination and reporting of audits in an international environment.
- Being the main point of contact for the Engagement Managers and advising them on all Engagement related administrative and operational tasks (including financial dashboards).
- Drive project controlling process (including planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting)
- Quality assurance of the data entry, budgeting and forecasting of the projects
- Accurate identifying problems, exceptions and ensuring that Engagement Managers are informed about them in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with audit teams by practicing open and honest communication.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Ability to communicate very well in written and spoken English (at least C1 level) is a must.
- Graduates with 1 – 3 years of general business experience in back-office / finance, auditing or accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
