GDS Consulting EU-West FS (Poland and Spain) Leader

Location: Wrocław - 2 days office/3 days remote

Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.

The establishment of the FS Leader for EU-West in GDS Consulting Poland and Spain is essential to drive strategic growth and significantly increase  GDS integration within the FS cluster. This role will not only address current  market demands but also prepare the organization for future opportunities in an evolving landscape.

The primary objective of the EU-West Financial Services Leader is to  accelerate the growth, integration, and strategic positioning of the FS  Consulting business—covering both Technology Consulting and Business  Consulting—across the EU-West region.

In FY26, the EU-West FS market continues to expand dynamically, with  particularly strong growth observed in the Banking & Capital Markets (6.3%  global hours growth) and Wealth & Asset Management sectors (10.6%  global hours growth). At the same time, GDS global FS hours are increasing significantly, and GDS integration rates across all FS sectors in EU-West — BCM (16.2%), Insurance (12.3%), and WAM (20.1%)—show a clear upward trajectory. BCM is now among the top three FS sectors in EU-West by GDS  hours contribution.

The EW Financial Services practice generated over $410M in global TER, of which 15.5% was supported by GDS. With continued momentum and  ambitious plans for FY27, the region aims to increase GDS integration to a  minimum of 20%, alongside delivering $45M incremental revenue growth in FY26.

Achieving this requires a strategic shift from a purely competency‑based  delivery model toward a solution‑oriented, Field‑of‑Play‑driven approach,  ensuring stronger collaboration, deeper integration, and more impactful  market execution across both FS Technology and FS Business Consulting. To enable this strategic transformation and provide dedicated executive  leadership to a rapidly growing, increasingly complex FS portfolio in Poland  and Spain, the establishment of an Executive Director role is essential. This  role will ensure focused leadership, drive sustained market growth, elevate  GDS integration, and enhance the influence and competitiveness of the EU- West FS Consulting business.
