Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity


We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports strategic decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all processes meet performance and quality standards.


Your key responsibilities


•    Provide high-quality FP&A services, including financial analysis and reporting.
•    Develop detailed budgets and forecasts, and conduct variance analysis to compare actuals against forecasts.
•    Perform financial analyses, including cost of sales analysis and product costing, while reporting on profitability.
•    Ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with internal controls and requirements.
•    Monitor financial and business performance metrics, as well as operational performance measurements.
•    Prepare commentary on business results for management review.
•    Assist in creating executive presentations and financial reports for stakeholders.
•    Respond to ad hoc queries from the business as needed.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
•    1 to 3 years experience in financial planning and analysis.
•    Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
•    Knowledge of FP&A tools and technologies, such as, Anaplan, ServiceNow (SNOW), Tableau, Power BI, and RPA platforms is a plus.
