Location: Wrocław / Warsaw
Hybrid model: 4 days office/1 day remote

The opportunity
The role is for a Junior UX/UI Designer who has a passion for creating better online and offline experiences for customers and advising top clients to make bolder choices that define the vision for the future. We are particularly interested in improving existing or creating new products or services, transforming the customer experience, accompanying transformation towards a more holistic view of customers' interactions with an organization.
Skills and attributes for success
• Students or early professionals with education or relevant experience in digital design field
• Passion for digital design
• Basic understanding of, and overall interest in, service design concepts and principles like customer journey mapping, touchpoints, and user stories
• Good knowledge of Figma and PowerPoint, Excel is a plus
• Communication skills, teamwork ability and opennes to learning
• Fluent English (verbal and written communication). Knowledge of another European language is required (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch)
