The opportunity

With a constant growth of our business and customers’ needs we are having demands for application and platform support engineers. We are able to offer you a Junior Application Support Engineer Internship with an intensive training program. You will use the most advanced technology stack and you will have an opportunity to maintain new solutions. You will work with the most recognized and influential players on the IT/financial markets on challenging projects.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in Java programming and Microservices
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to support and maintain cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Excel, including building reports, pivot tables, and visually presenting data
• Proficiency in time and task management skills
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written is mandatory
• Effective Communication skills
• Embrace the challenges of working in a fast-paced support environment, showcasing your positive attitude and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to stay on full-time after the internship
• Experience with working with official documents
• Willingness to work in shifts

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
• Understanding of ITIL v3/v4
• German language proficiency (min B2) is preferred
