The role requires exceptional organizational capability, strong risk management knowledge, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The ERM Program Delivery Manager enables smooth day‑to‑day operations so the Program Leader can focus on governance, senior stakeholder engagement, and advancing the global ERM strategy.

Your key responsibilities

1. Enable High‑Quality Delivery Across Member Firms

  • Support ERM Leaders and delivery teams throughout all phases of the annual ERM cycle, including onboarding, planning, delivery, and submission.
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for Member Firm queries, clarifications, and escalation support.
  • Ensure Member Firm outputs consistently align with global standards, definitions, methodology, and quality expectations.

2. Lead Capability Building & Network Upskilling

  • Design and deliver the ERM Learning & Development agenda across Regions and Member Firms.
  • Develop training materials, facilitation toolkits, and guidance documents to support local risk workshops.
  • Build a strong community of practice by sharing leading practices, hosting forums, and promoting continuous skill development.

3. Own Data Governance for Local Risks & Mitigations

  • Maintain oversight of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across Member Firm risk and mitigation submissions.
  • Ensure the risk universe and mitigation library remain well‑structured and aligned to the Global ERM Framework.
  • Partner with Technology teams to ensure system readiness, data integrity, and seamless MF submission processes.

4. Quality Assurance & Review of MF Submissions

  • Review Member Firm ERM deliverables for clarity, completeness, and consistency with global definitions and methodology.
  • Provide structured feedback to enhance quality and strengthen alignment with the global risk library.

5. Coordinate Regional ERM Forums & Drive Action Management

  • Plan and coordinate Regional ERM Forums, ensuring relevant agendas, active participation, and effective follow‑through.
  • Track actions, decisions, and outcomes to support accountability and global reporting requirements.

6. Capture Network Insights & Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Identify themes, challenges, and improvement areas across the Network.
  • Synthesize insights and provide actionable recommendations to the Global ERM Program Leader and RMEC Custodians.
  • Contribute to enhancements of the ERM methodology, templates, processes, and global guidance.

7. Develop Templates, Toolkits & Communications

  • Create and maintain ERM templates, guidance documents, workshop packs, and submission materials.
  • Prepare structured and effective communications for Member Firms, Regional Leaders, and the broader ERM Network.

8. Supervise Technical Support & Operational Capacity

  • Oversee the Business Analyst / Tech Support function to ensure high‑quality user assistance, data maintenance, and analytics.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor delivery, and ensure technical activities are completed on time and to quality standards.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • 5–8 years of experience in Risk Management, Program Delivery, Governance, or similar functions—preferably in a global or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and understanding of risk frameworks and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational and operational planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience reviewing complex qualitative and quantitative risk information.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse cultures, regions, and business environments.
