The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for D365 Finance and Operations –Solution Architect to join our Technology Consulting practice where we provide a one-stop solution for end-to-end project implementation enabled by expertise in Microsoft products.

Your key responsibilities

As a D365 Finance and Operations - Solution Architect you will have a diverse range of responsibilities. These will include pre-sales activities such as presenting the product and its potential, developing the solution concept, and engaging with stakeholders. You will also manage the implementation process in subsequent phases. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading and expanding a team of D365 F&O experts. A proactive, people-oriented, and solution-focused approach will be essential in this role. Here you find a more exhaustive list:

• Should have done architecting/solutioning for Dynamics 365 F&O end to end Implementation.
• Lead an implementation team across the project lifecycle of Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Operate.
• Be the ultimate expert in mapping client requirements in Finance (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management and Project Management and Accounting) OR in Supply Chain Management (Inventory, Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics).
• Should have very good business development and pre-sales skills such as POC demonstration, RFP response, developing the solution concept, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Guide the project team on various strategic areas such as ALM, Environment strategy, Integration strategy, Data Migration strategy, Security Strategy etc.
• Good understanding of Microsoft AI Business solution technologies including Copilot, Azure Cloud Platform, PowerApps, Azure Integration Services, Fabric, Analytics, DevOps, RSAT.
• Knowledge of project implementation methodology, PPAC, LCS and be quick to adapt as per project needs.
• Work hand in hand with Project managers, program managers and project teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
• Assist business user during CRPs/SITs/UATs.
• Readiness to participate in MS DYNAMICS 365 Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• At least 8 years of relevant experience working in D365 Finance and Operations (or the previous products)
• Should have been in lead position in at least 4 full life cycle implementations in D365 modules
• Managed a team of functional/technical people in the described area
• Experience of having key clients facing delivery role
• Masters in finance or equivalent education
• Valid Microsoft certifications would be an added advantage
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications
• Deep knowledge of D365 F&O – Finance OR SCM, Microsoft Success by Design, Waterfall and Agile implementation methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Valid Microsoft solution architect certifications
• Communicative level of German or other European languages.
