Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

As part of our EY Cyber security, Technology Consulting team, your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will be responsible for delivery and maintaining quality of services and deliverables on your engagements. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GDS within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

 

The opportunity

 

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our cybersecurity sales initiatives, particularly within the EU institutions. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by developing strategic relationships and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. You will be responsible for selling our comprehensive cyber service catalogue across all EU institutions.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

As a Cybersecurity Senior Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in aligning cybersecurity service catalogue with customer business needs and objectives. 

 

  • Colaborate with the Account Teams on account strategies that align cybersecurity solutions with the business objectives of our clients, particularly in the public sector and EU agencies.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges and providing innovative solutions that deliver value.
  • Drive the sales of our cyber service catalogue across all EU institutions, ensuring that our offerings meet the diverse needs of these clients.
  • Working with different teams across Europe 
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts through RFPs and sales activities, positioning our cybersecurity offerings effectively in the market.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects, colaborating with delivery team in addressing client challenges and achieving project goals.
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and regulations to better serve our clients and enhance our market position.

  • Track record of building strong client relationships and delivering value
  • Advisory experience in client-facing roles, solving complex security challenges
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and go-to-market approach 
  • Effective communicator, confident in stakeholder engagement and presentations
  • Leadership in managing cybersecurity teams and fostering collaboration
  • Strategic thinker, aligning services with current and future client needs
  • Familiarity with DORA, NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust frameworks, RISK Management
  • Adaptable, proactive mindset with solution-focused approach

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • 10+ in cybersecurity with a strong focus on business development and client engagement, particularly within public sector institutions.
  • Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or related fields
  • Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27005, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business terms, demonstrating a client-focused approach.
  • Broad knowledge of cybersecurity and business context
  • Client-focused approach with business acumen
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in working with Public Sector customers
  • Willingness to travel for business (approximately 50% of the time).
  • Fluent English
