We are excited to extend an invitation for the role of Cognitive Bot Developer, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our professional growth trajectory. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of innovative solutions leveraging generative AI, particularly in the context of Azure services. Your expertise will be applied to integrate chatbots and Voicebots with other systems, utilizing Bot service, Bot SDK, Azure Open AI, Language Studio, and related technologies. The focus will be on engaging with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating on projects with prominent players in the market.

Your key responsibilities
 

•    Developing chatbots and voicebots using state-of-the-art AI technologies within the Azure services framework, including Azure Open AI, Bot Service, Azure communication services and Language Studio.
•    Integrating Bot service, Bot SDK, and related technologies into existing systems.
•    Collaborating with Azure services to enhance the functionality and intelligence of chatbots and voicebots.
•    Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development in generative AI and related technologies.
•    Offering support and maintenance for deployed chatbot and voicebot solutions, with a focus on Speech integration.
•    Managing projects with a specialization in chatbot and voicebot technologies.

Skills and attributes for success

We are seeking individuals with proven expertise in the following areas, ready to advance their technical and consulting skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

•    C# experience.

•    Experience Azure Open AI, Language Studio, Azure Speech Services and associated technologies.
•    Familiarity with the integration of chatbots and voicebots with other systems. 
•    Knowledge of Azure resources and their utilization in automation projects.
•    Proficiency in generative AI related to Azure services, particularly in the development and deployment of chatbots and voicebots.
•    Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
•    Analytical thinking and the capacity to define and describe complex business processes.
•    Mastery of good development practices, with a willingness to mentor colleagues in this regard.
•    Independent work capability.
•    Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies within the Microsoft Tech Stack.
•    Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle.

Ideally, you’ll also have

•    Experience with Bot service, Bot SDK.
•    Prior experience with chatbots and Speech integration.
•    Foundational knowledge in AI principles including NLP, ML, and related concepts.
