The opportunity

 

The Change Coordinator is expected to establish and lead large, complex projects within ESPM and Infosec groups. They will be responsible for understanding products that require the building of business change campaigns, creating awareness, deploying products in an optimized manner whilst driving adoption through various channels across the EY estate. The role requires an understanding of digital adoption for user classification across the adoption curve to drive different behavioral ways to increase productivity. Stakeholder management is essential across the multiple business and technology domains, key suppliers, EY legal and risk communities, as well as senior leaders across the firm. The incumbent must understand market / user demands, have built, and run adoption campaigns in the past in scale, have a firm voice and opinion, whilst also possessing the project management skillset to plan, report, communicate, drive etc.
This is a non-client facing role.
Great flexibility to work from a home office with limited travel.
This role is guided by the Service Adoption Change Management Lead.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Interactions

  • Be personally accountable for delivering complex enterprise-wide business-enabled technology adoption programs. 
  • Build and maintain effective working networks of resources across EY
  • Work across a matrixed organization across the global geography. 
  • Be skilled at presenting information to key leaders and stakeholders individually or in a group


Project/ Program Management

  • Get a full understanding of the product/s and scope.
  • Develop product activation and adoption plans which are aligned with directives of key stakeholders
  • Apply a product activation processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Directly execute product activation processes and practices (change impact assessment, business case for adoption, communication, stakeholder management, lessons learned).
  • Work with the appropriate EY Technology functions and external suppliers to ensure the coordination, integration, and administration of all related work plans 
  • Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverables; create and implement strategies to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget 
  • Anticipate problems before they occur; define the problem or risk; identify possible causes; work with team to identify solutions; select and implement most appropriate solution 
  • Integrate product activation activities into project plans
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness


Supplier Management

  • Define statements of work and deliverables for work products developed by other EY Technology functions and / or external suppliers
  • Negotiate with suppliers for contractual matters
  • Monitor supplier performance and takes steps to ensure performance and escalate as appropriate


Adoption

  • Understand end user analytics and success metrics using PowerBI used for audience segmentation. 
  • Building and executing campaigns in an optimized way across reflecting on success measures. 


Overall Management

  • Maintain a broad perspective which encourages continual sharing of information for the benefit of the overall scope of the programs managed
  • Actively communicate with program team members, management, and stakeholders 
  • Contribute to the development of the function (including personnel, processes, metrics, and collateral)

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

Education:

  • College degree in business or related technology field (Computer Science, Business Management, Communications, Organizational Change,etc.)

 

Experience:

  • Approximately 8-10 years of experience leading and management complex people side activation and adoption projects in a senior project or program management role
  • Developing large scale product activation and adoption plans that include readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, success metrics, and communications activities
  • Previous project / program work in the areas of end-user adoption, mobile, security and/or Microsoft M365 products and services
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining active knowledge of the broad and complex EY technology estate
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to draft effective business ready communications to senior stakeholders
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Experience across the full project management lifecycle
  • Demonstrate adaptability having a primary focus but also executing multiple project assignments with varying scope
  • Experience with agile models and practices
  • Consultative questioning, influencing and critical / innovative thinking skills
  • Advanced interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Assigned staff may be remote / work-from-home, requiring ability to manage across locations, cultures, and time zones

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

 

  • PROSCI certification
