Business Enablement Contracts Data Analyst

Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Let us introduce you the job offer by EY GDS Poland – a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY.

The opportunity

This role sits within the Business Enablement BMO Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) Management team and provides central oversight of vendor and contract management for selected Service Lines. As part of your role, you will help streamline how teams purchase and manage technology and services by reducing administrative burden, accelerating purchase request cycles, strengthening compliance across Independence and Procurement processes, and providing a single, trustworthy view of contract and spend data. By enabling accurate monthly accruals and near‑real‑time visibility of commitments and invoices, the role directly improves financial forecasting and decision‑making for product and portfolio leaders. Additionally, due to expansion of Team’s services to new Service Lines, you will help look for Source-to-Pay process improvements (including automation and AI opportunities) and help deliver best services to our internal Customers.

Your key responsibilities

This role is responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end governance and transparency of Source-to-Pay transactions within assigned Service Line, combining operational ownership of key tools with the delivery of accurate reporting, financial insights, and contract lifecycle oversight. Most of the time is spent overseeing sourcing transactions, analyzing contract data, managing renewals and accruals, partnering with Sourcing, Portfolio Leads, and coordinating with Contract Owners to drive decisions and maintain alignment. The role also tackles challenges such as evolving requirements, data complexity, and process inefficiencies within the Source‑to‑Pay lifecycle—offering opportunities to learn sourcing and financial processes, strengthen cross‑functional collaboration, and solve operational problems that improve the overall S2P experience.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Technical expertise: strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and related financial processes
  • Analytical & decision making: ability to structure and interpret large, complex datasets; translate findings into clear actionable insights and present to stakeholders
  • Collaboration: proven ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams (like Sourcing, Finance, Product Owners) and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Communication: clear and concise communication, meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Technical expertise: working knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) and Excel-based analysis
  • Analytical & decision-making: comfort using problem-solving framework to assess process change impacts and guide recommendations
  • Collaboration: experience in documenting processes and delivering internal training
  • Process Leadership: passion for continuous improvement and process automation exposure (e.g. automated workflows) to raise quality, speed and compliance

What we look for

A proactive, detail‑oriented team player who challenges the status quo, simplifies complex processes, and communicates insights that drive confident decisions. You balance accuracy with speed, bring stakeholders together, and create repeatable ways of working that scale.
