Assistant Director, Growth & Innovation Finance
Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director to join our Growth & Innovation Finance team. This role will be pivotal in developing and running performance reporting and analysis, supporting the execution of finance activities across Growth & Innovation priorities. The successful candidate will support the Growth & Innovation CFO, lead key projects, and provide financial and operational support for G&I.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead the development, management, and delivery of comprehensive performance reporting and financial analysis related to Growth & Innovation initiatives.
- Focus on traditional performance management while also playing a key role in establishing "next generation" reporting frameworks.
- Define and develop the metrics needed to effectively assess performance in Growth & Innovation and to understand its contribution to EY’s overall business success.
- Analyze business performance by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and presentations that enable business leaders to quickly understand performance and underlying drivers.
- Collaborate across EY (Super Regions, Service Lines, Finance, and Markets) to develop strategic and operational plans and forecasts for Growth & Innovation.
- Utilize EY’s Opportunity and Engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business growth and client delivery.
- Support planning and forecasting for Growth & Innovation categories.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies.
- Take ownership of issue management and resolution, ensuring delivery of exceptional client service to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with EY’s financial policies and governance standards.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Graduate and/or professional certification in a business-related subject matter (e.g., Accounting, Finance).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or business analysis, preferably within professional services.
- Advanced skills in financial/markets reporting, data analysis, and performance measurement.
- Experience in developing innovative reporting frameworks and defining key performance metrics.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Analysis Servers, Excel).
