Account Finance Support Specialist with German

 

Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity

 

We are looking for a Dedicated Account Finance Support with financial and/or customer experience who will play a key role to advise and support our internal client serving teams in the Europe West region (Switzerland). This role offers the possibility of using German and English language skills on a daily basis while provide high-quality advice to our internal customers in terms of financial metrics, system usage and process navigation. Your key responsibilities

 

On a daily basis our Dedicated Account Finance Support have following tasks:

  • Support the Lead Business controller in the annual budgeting, monthly forecast and management reporting processes of the Swiss accounts
  • Build in-depth knowledge of engagement economics, perform detailed performance analysis on engagement and account levels for various business partners, including the local Partner group
  • Collect, analyze and manage large data sets from global teams to support annual fee and regulatory reporting
  • Improve the quality of existing analysis and reporting tools
  • Work closely, supervise and monitor with EY’s overseas Global Delivery Service (GDS) team, delegating routine of operational tasks
  • Support on various Ad-hoc requests from our local Partner Group

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • Degree in business / finance (University/FH)

 

Excellent interpersonal skills:

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative
  • To be proactive, and being patient, TEAM Player
  • Flexible and independent working style within multi-national teams
  • Planning skills

 

Important technical Skills:

  • Proficiency SAP (Mercury)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience with Power BI (nice to have)

 

  • Interest in innovation and continuous process improvement
  • High levels of integrity and accuracy, commitment to deadlines
  • Self-driven with a “can do” and pro-active attitude
  • You are dedicated to the role and open to grow in and expand your role

 

What we look for

 

We are interested in hiring a professional in finance area (at least 3 years of experience), who is accustomed in Shared Service Business Centres/BPO. You should be able to work with limited supervision and demonstrate self-drive and also prioritize workload and deliver outputs within strict deadlines. As an ideal candidate you should have a strong desire to help and support people requiring assistance - you need to be a fantastic team player
