Job Description:
The Talent Associate is responsible for executing key HR activities focused on graduate recruitment, employer branding, employee support, HR administration, and well-being initiatives. This role ensures smooth execution of HR policies and processes, acting as a key liaison between employees, leadership, and the Talent team.
Key Responsibilities:
Graduate Recruitment & Employer Branding:
- Manage and assist with the graduate recruitment process, including campus outreach, bursary programs, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Assist in building and maintaining the employer brand through university partnerships, career fairs, social media engagement, and educational institution collaborations.
Employee Support & Well-being Initiatives:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and HR policy-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation where necessary.
- Assist in organizing and implementing well-being initiatives, including health awareness programs, mental health support, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor and report on employee well-being, firm culture, and engagement trends, providing insights to leadership.
- Coordinate All In Moments such as Socials, Functions, and CSR initiatives.
HR Administration & Policy Execution:
- Oversee and manage HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, and coordinating HR reporting.
- Support the execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and transparency across Service Lines.
- Assist in workforce planning, scheduling interviews, and coordinating talent-related initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with the Talent team and leadership to execute projects and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Passionate about talent development and employer branding, with an interest in enhancing the employee experience.
- Emotionally resilient and solution-focused, able to handle employee concerns and complaints with professionalism while maintaining a calm and constructive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in graduate recruitment, HR generalist functions, or employer branding.
- Familiarity with employment legislation, HR processes, and talent acquisition best practices.
