Primary purpose of this role

In Consulting, we provide a wide array of services to our clients, with a focus on Internal Audit and Risk Management. These services provide our clients with the comfort that their internal control environment is effective and efficient, in support of sustainable, long-term value creation.

You will primarily be responsible for a portfolio of internal audit engagements, focusing on providing consulting services in line with client expectations. Building and maintaining exceptional long-term relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Managing internal audit teams, taking responsibility for the performance management and development of team members, and managing engagement profitability.

Your role as a Manager will be to coordinate and oversee all internal audit activities within your portfolio.

Your responsibilities as an Internal Audit Manager will include managing team members throughout the internal audit lifecycle.

What you will be doing

• Ensuring timely delivery of the highest quality internal audit projects to our clients, including, planning and management of internal audit projects and preparation of internal audit reports.
• Managing billings and project margins.
• Administration and management of internal audit projects.
• Business development and winning in the market.
• Providing training to team members.

What we require

• Relevant degree in Accounting / Internal Auditing or equivalent.
• Candidate must be a Certified Internal Auditor or Qualified Charted Accountant (Nam).
• 3 years’ Internal or External Audit experience.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to teamwork and leadership.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Teams.
