As our Workplace Supervisor, you’ll lead the local delivery of workplace services in Wellington, ensuring our people experience consistent, high-quality support while workplace standards, compliance and business needs are effectively managed.
This is an onsite role based in and supporting our Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) office. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Ko Tō Rourou | Your key responsibilities
- Drive exceptional workplace operations and compliance in Wellington, including maintenance processes, incident response and local crisis management support.
- Manage key relationships, local budgets and workplace initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders, building owners, vendors and suppliers to deliver effective outcomes.
- Partner with the contingent hospitality workforce to support high performance, consistent service standards and a positive team culture.
Ngā Pūkenga | Skills and attributes for success
Ideally, you’ll have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in facilities, workplace operations or property management, with an understanding of operational compliance and maintenance processes.
- A tertiary qualification in a facilities or property discipline and/or at least three years’ experience in a similar role within professional services or a medium to large corporate environment.
- Demonstrated people leadership capability, including coaching and developing team members and supporting a positive, high-performing culture.
- Strong stakeholder, supplier and relationship management skills, supported by sound financial management, reporting and project or change management knowledge.
