Technology Strategy&Transformation Consultant

The Technology Consulting team collaborates with some of the world’s best-known domestic and global financial institutions, broker-dealers, foreign banking organizations, asset management, and insurance companies. Our clients trust us to assist them with large-scale transformation program delivery challenges.

You will be part of a team that is focused on advising and supporting our clients in driving transformational changes within the Information and Operational Technology space.

Your key responsibilities:

• Designing, setting up or leading workstreams for a PMO, EPMO or similar organizational governance structure involving multiple, related projects and/or initiatives
• Be a member / manage transformation programmes and projects and deliver them according to agreed time, cost and quality within appropriate governance frameworks
• Design and deliver IT Operating Model as a result of transformation initiatives
• Design IT Architecture based on recognized frameworks (i.e. TOGAF)
• Solve business and technology issues through collaboration and teaming
• Manage business (Client) stakeholdersEY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. Skills and attributes:

• Experience of managing complex projects and programmes
• Experience in IT processes and IT services transition and transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Stakeholder management and communication experience
• Comfort around senior management
• Demonstrable experience in change management
• Understanding of Global Business Services operating model

Your background:

• Experience in working as Project/Program Manager and/or working in a Project Management Office (PMO) and implementation of project governance
• Experience working in Global Business Services is in plus
• Expertise in IT Service Management processes (based on ITIL framework)

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification
• Minimum ITIL v4 Foundation certification
• Proven experience in IT Service Delivery / Service Strategy
