Task & Process Mining Analyst
Job description
The Process Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in uncovering insights from operational data to improve business processes and enable automation. This position involves analyzing process flows, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting data-driven decision-making using advanced process mining and analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and prepare data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems for analysis;
- Use process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power Automate Process Mining) to visualize and analyze end-to-end processes;

Identify bottlenecks, compliance deviations, and improvement opportunities;

Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders;

Work closely with business units to understand process challenges and requirements;
- Support consultants and project managers in delivering process optimization initiatives;

Monitor KPIs and track the impact of implemented changes;

Stay updated on process intelligence trends and emerging technologies;

Our requirements:

Experience with process mining platforms (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio);

Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau);
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights;

Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles;

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and automation concepts;

Strong communication and presentation skills;

Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities.
We would also appreciate:
- Certifications in process mining or data analytics;
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain domains;
- Knowledge of RPA and digital transformation initiatives.
