Source to Pay in Supply Chain and Operations Team

Main responsibilities in Source to Pay area, in SC&O team:

  • Analyze client business needs and processes in international projects related to Procurement
  • Work with clients to design and deliver actionable Procurement transformation assignments
  • Execute process, strategy and/or technology improvements related to Category Management and Strategic Sourcing, Risk Management, Contract Management, Supplier Management and/or Procure to Pay
  • Facilitate workshops and trainings for Clients to capture business requirements and develop future state design
  • Design Procurement solutions, create Operating models, Governance frameworks
  • Evaluate Procurement Maturity and initiate improvements to the current processes and systems and technologies
  • Conduct secondary research/market intelligence to back client deliverables
  • Review and validate data and further build optimization models, analytical reports and presentations
  • Act as a true team player in the project team and collaborate with different functions at our client's site
  • Actively share product and functional knowledge within the team and coach the more junior colleagues
  • Participate in business development activities (sales offers, business relationships, presales activities and product demonstrations)

 

Our requirements:

  • Min. 4-5 years of relevant business expertise in end-to-end Procurement process and technology covering one or more of the following areas: Category Management and Strategic Sourcing, Risk Management, Contract Management, Supplier management and/or Procure to Pay
  • Min. 3 years of experience in customer facing role is a must
  • Experience with Vendor Invoice Management (VIM - OpenText) implementation is a must
  • Understanding of Procurement Strategy and Operating Models
  • Excellent business acumen and client relationship skills
  • Strong team player attitude with flexible ability to switch into independent tasks
  • Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a “global mind-set”
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focus on business development & stakeholder management
  • Experience with process mapping and/or process optimization
  • Knowledge of Ariba, Coupa, SAP modules or other leading procurement cloud-technology providers or other procurement related technologies
  • Experience in reporting and data visualization (e.g. PowerBI)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (nice to have within related specialization: Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Finance, etc.) or min. 10 years of practical experience which covers higher education
  • Proficiency in English
  • Openness to business travel, abroad included, on as need basis up to 60%

 

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Experience in Sustainability, Governance and/or Change Management related topics
  • Understanding of end to end Supply Chain
  • Technical background related to procurement system configuration and setup is a strong addition
