Senior System Analyst

The opportunity:
You will be part of the Banking Technology Solution Delivery team which will focus on:
- Designing and implementing core banking solutions (business as well system analysis)
- Building custom application with the latest possible technologies
- Expanding your own skills and enhancing interpersonal skills within Banking team
- Contributing subject matter knowledge to make a significant impact on our customers
- Working mostly in Agile methodology
- Enjoying your work with us
Key responsibilities:
- Collecting, discussing, understanding, documenting Client’s requirements
- Translating assumptions, risks, and business requirements into technical design
- Contributing to technical design and supporting development team
- Working with agile development teams to deliver working solutions
- Supporting application/system’s testing
- Assisting in the preparation of commercial offers and other sales and go-to-market activities
Skills and attributes:
- Deep knowledge and understanding of banking processes retail and SME
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured and clear communication skills
- Ability to discover the needs and challenges of customers
- Ability to translate business requirements into (non-) / functional requirements
- Fluent English
- Be a valuable part of the team and show teamwork
Your background:
- At least Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 2+ (Junior) / 6+ (Senior) years of experience as system analyst
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Less, SAFe) and SDLC proficiency
- Proven track record of IT projects / programs in Banking sector where you have acted as a system analyst
Nice to have:
- Knowledge one of the tools: Jira, MS DevOps, Clubhouse, SQL, Azure, BPM, etc.
- Understanding and knowledge of banking solutions provided by Temenos, FIS, Finacle or similar
- Proficiency in other languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish
